My Mandalorian Flightsuit for underneath my armor. I just didn't hem the pantlegs because I don't have the boots yet and I don't know the height. I want a flat, but I'm having a hard time finding anything.

This flightsuit is a two-piece which I figure would be more practical than a onepiece with a vest and armor on top of it all. The waistband on the bodice is made in a way to hide the snaps attaching it to the pants. I had to do the bodice a number of times because I'm not good with sleeves yet so I had issues not being able to move in it. It's made out of "Platinum" colored stretch twill.

Looks fantastic! Lol, I hate doing the sleeves too....

I think I'll be following your lead on a two-piece too....the prospect of taking twenty minutes just to go to the bathroom isn't a fun one....
