Hogwarts Skirt

This skirt is a replica I made of the Hogwarts Uniform Skirts from the Harry Potter movies POA, GOF, and OOTP. It's made from wool and the opening is hidden in one of the box pleats. I put a picture of Hermione that shows a good view of the skirt next to mine for comparison. I'm really happy with it, I think it came out very accurate! It wasn't that hard to put together, the trick was finding enough good res photos to figure out what the skirt was actually doing. I might dry-brush something over the buttons so they aren't quite so gold but I haven't decided. They aren't meant to be seen anyway. I ordered my sweater from WizardKnits.com (Ravenclaw!) which I should hopefully get in time for Halloween.
